Inland Imaging’s Billing Services team is glad to assist you, your referring physician and your insurance provider with all billing questions and concerns.

Our billing staff is reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. This department prides itself on being able to answer questions and resolve billing/insurance concerns quickly and easily, saving time and unnecessary work.

HELPFUL INSURANCE TIPS:

Bringing your updated insurance card(s) to every appointment ensures we have a copy of your current insurance information on file and can prevent future billing confusion.

If you would like to know what your insurance will pay for an exam before it is performed, please call your insurance prior to the day of your exam. Registration staff and technicians are not privy to your benefit information and may not be able to assist with this effectively. You may also want to ask your insurance if the procedure you are having requires prior authorization. Your referring physician is usually aware of what procedures require prior authorization and most likely has already requested this from your insurance carrier, however, it is always a good idea to double-check.
