Inland Imaging’s Billing Services team can assist you, your referring physician, and your insurance provider with billing questions and concerns.To identify the company to pay, please refer to the “Make checks payable” box on your statement.
Our billing staff is very knowledgeable and can most often answer questions or resolve issues quickly, saving time and unnecessary work. If you would prefer to review a concern with one of our billing advisers, they will be happy to assist you.
Please bring your insurance card with you on the day of your appointment. Even though you may have been asked for insurance information at time of scheduling, we want to ensure we have a copy of your current insurance information on file.
If you would like to know what your insurance will pay for your exam, please call your insurance prior to the day of your exam. Registration staff and technicians will not know your benefit information. You may also want to ask your insurance if the procedure you are having requires prior authorization. Your referring physician is usually aware of what procedures require prior authorization and most likely has already requested this from your insurance carrier, however, it is a good idea to check.
