Dr. Julie Kaczmark, MD, FACR was recently inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Radiology at an event held in Washington D.C. on May 4, 2025.
FACR after an MD means the physician is a Fellow of the American College of Radiology (ACR). It's a designation given to radiologists who have achieved advanced status.
To be eligible for the FACR designation, a physician must meet specific criteria, including a minimum of 10 years of ACR membership, service to the ACR, teaching, and/or significant research contributions. The FACR designation is a mark of excellence and recognition within the field.
Dr. Kaczmark has taught radiology residents for 20 years and has been teaching anatomy and radiology at our local UW and WSU medical schools for the past 10 years. She also helped to create and establish our contrast reaction training program at Inland Imaging. She has been a leader at Inland by serving on the Quality Committee, Professional Affairs Committee, PS Board and has been the Emergency Radiology Section Chief for the past two years.
