Boucher comes to Inland from Saltchuk Resources, Inc. in Seattle, a privately owned holding company consisting of several transportation and distribution companies, where he has held a number of management and executive positions since 2016. He served most recently as Interim Chief Financial Officer at Carlile Transportation Systems, a Saltchuk Company. He previously served as a Senior Associate with CliftonLarsonAllen LLP in Bellevue.
